And I have a question for you that you may have never considered before:
But what if there's a better way?
Most of us are taught to invest by one simple formula–minimize risk, maximize return, and grow our portfolio as fast as possible.
But here’s what often gets overlooked:
When we invest without knowing what we’re supporting, we can unintentionally fund industries that are completely out of step with our values–things like pornography, abortion, human trafficking, and other harmful practices.
Not because we want to… but because we’ve never been shown another way.
Are your financial investments truly aligned with your faith and values?
That’s what I help faith-driven investors, financial advisors, and business professionals do: steward wealth biblically so they can honor God every step of the way.
Faith-driven investing is about more than avoiding investments in “bad” companies.
It’s about intentionally using our resources to reflect the biblical convictions that guide our lives–using wealth not just to grow, but to build something that honors God.
- to love God and love our neighbor
- to make disciples of Jesus Christ
This is where stewardship comes in.
What if our portfolios could reflect these priorities?
What if, instead of investing purely for profit, we started asking:
Beating the bad guys. Kicking butt and taking names. Being the man that takes a stand for what’s right and opposing what’s wrong.
Like Batman, we see evil and instinctively know, “That’s wrong.”
We witness injustice and something deep inside us says, “Someone has to do something.”
That instinct isn’t toxic. It’s truth.
Someone needs to stand up, reject passivity, put on the metaphorical Bat-suit, and fight the good fight with faith, wisdom, and boldness.
“Hate evil. Love good. Establish justice in the gate.”
When evil dominates the gate–our places of leadership, influence and decision-making–people suffer.
But when righteousness takes its place? Cities rejoice.
Behind Batman is Alfred.
Alfred isn’t the one in the spotlight. He’s not out chasing villains.
But he’s just as critical to the mission. He manages the estate, resources, and mission with wisdom and care.
He doesn’t own the mission, but he honors the one who does.
Faith-driven investing is about playing both roles:
Fighting what’s wrong, building what’s right, and faithfully managing what’s not ours to begin with.
It’s about asking:
“God, this is Yours. How do You want it used?”
Because the money we’ve been given is already making an impact, whether we realize it or not.
Come learn what it means to oppose evil like Batman and steward well like Alfred.
Let’s live out the timeless truth of Amos 5:15 in our homes, our work, our cities, and our hearts and may our world be better for it.
For years, I served in full-time ministry, walking with people as they grew in faith and purpose.

As a steward of God’s resources, I have a much higher calling and that it’s necessary to invest and help break the cycles of poverty and evil in dark places all around the world. I have deep gratitude towards Stephen and how he’s impacted myself and God’s Kingdom for eternity.
But now see that we’re called to more. That there’s a whole world of opportunities to help build the Kingdom through our investments that I never knew could expose more people to Christ and help solve serious economic, environmental, and social issues around the world. Stephen’s knowledge and passion for the faith-driven movement fires me up!
It’s caused me to re-think who I work with and how I invest personally. I’ve learned to not see other financial advisors in this movement as competitors, but as partners co-laboring in the same mission. It’s taken pressure off me as a performer and made me a more obedient and better listener.
This private podcast pulls back the curtain on the heart behind the movement–why it matters, where it’s going, and how it’s reshaping the way Christians think about money, purpose, and impact. Whether you're an investor or a financial advisor, this series will give you a clear, biblical lens for what it means to steward wealth in alignment with your faith.
Short, insightful, and easy to listen to, this is your invitation to go deeper.
What if your investments are shaping more than your future–what if they’re shaping the world?
In this deeply personal narrative, I share my unexpected journey from ministry to leader within a growing movement in faith-driven investing.
Rooted in the prophetic words of Amos 5:15 – “Hate evil. Love good. Establish justice in the gate.” – I explore what it means to bring biblical conviction to the financial decisions we make every day and invite you to:
Start where you are. Steward what you’ve been given. And let God use it for good.
